Dr. Mark Zolman, MD

Dr. Zolman is a physiatrist practicing in Fort Wayne, Indiana since 1998. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a special interest in electrodiagnostic medicine – EMG studies. Dr. Zolman first became interested in performing EMG studies during his residency program at the Mayo Clinic. Since his initial training, he has developed his practice focused primarily on performing EMG studies. He finds it rewarding to help patients obtain an accurate diagnosis which leads to appropriate treatment options.

Born and raised in the Fort Wayne area, Dr. Zolman graduated from Blackhawk Christian School and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from IPFW. He entered Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. After residency, Dr. Zolman returned to Fort Wayne to begin his medical career.

Beginning a solo practice in 2024, Dr. Zolman is looking forward to serving Fort Wayne and surrounding areas by providing quality electrodiagnostic studies.
